Spring Forward, Fall Back



This weekend you will be able to get that hour of sleep you lost in the spring as we change back to standard time at 3am Sunday morning.  So remember to set your clocks back one hour before going to bed Saturday night.  Also officials say it is also a good  time to also check the batteries in your smoke detectors.  Just remember the old adage, spring forward, fall back as daylight savings time ends at 3am Sunday morning.
