A Talladega man is on trial in Calhoun county for murder and
attempted murder. Raphael Simmons was one of three people arrested on those
charges in July 2012 following the shooting death of 50-year-old Barry
White. Simmons is also accused of
wounding Lorenzo Gilmer in that incident. Tuesday, an investigator gave an
inventory of photographs taken at the scene, showing multiple shell casings in
the room where the shooting allegedly took place.
