Two Arraigned in death of Anniston 5 year old

Arraignments were held on Thursday morning in the beating death of an Anniston child.

 Vonta McClellan and India Kimble entered ‘not guilty' pleas. Both were taken into the courtroom in separate back-to-back hearings. So far, Circuit Judge Bud Turner has not set a trial date.

 The two are charged with capital murder in the beating death of 5-year-old Gregory Caver. Kimble was the child's mother and McClellan was her boyfriend. Prosecutors said earlier the child was beaten to death for wetting his pants. 

Both are being held in the Calhoun County Jail.
