A 24 year old Attalla man was arrested and charged in
connection with a recent burglary in Etowah County. Justin Wayne Ryan Bearden, is charged with
one felony count of first-degree receiving stolen property. Bearden allegedly was in possession of a
Yamaha four-wheeler that was stolen from a residence on Ashville Road in
Altoona. The victim reported the ATV stolen on July 26.
A deputy found the four-wheeler Aug. 8 as it was being
driven on Egypt Road.
