Manhunt continues in Randolph County

Audel Cabrera Penaloza

Multiple agencies are still scouring Randolph County in search for a man wanted for kidnapping in Georgia.  The search began Monday for 28 year old  Audel Cabrera Penaloza,  described as standing 5 feet 10 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds with close shaven hair.  Penaloza has been charged with three counts of kidnapping and is a person of interest in a North Carolina homicide investigation.  Several agencies have taken part in the search, including the U.S. Marshall Service's Montgomery, Birmingham and Atlanta offices, SBI, Cleburne County Sheriff's Office, Lineville police, Wedowee police, Chambers County Sheriff;s Office Aviation, St. Clair County Dept. of Corrections K-9 unit and the ALEA Aviation Unit.
