Third suspect arrested in storage unit burglaries

Gadsden police have arrested a third suspect in the Wednesday night burglary of several storage containers in East Gadsden.  38 year old Barry Joseph Dingler, has been charged with  third-degree burglary, and Gadsden Police say he will be charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance in connection with drugs found on him when he was arrested. Dingler, along with 31 year old Jesus Aguirre, and 30 year old Bridget Nicole Middlebrooks, are accused of breaking into storage containers Wednesday night at a facility on Piedmont Cutoff Road. Someone saw the crime being committed and flagged down a police car. The suspects fled, two in a car, and a third — allegedly Dingler — on a four-wheeler stolen from one of the containers.  investigators are looking at a number of break-ins at storage containers at another East Gadsden facility to see if the same suspects were involved in those crimes.  Meanwhile Glencoe Police say the two male suspects will be charged with 11 counts of third-degree burglary in connection with break-ins at containers at a storage facility at the intersection of Lonesome Bend Road and U.S. Highway 278.
