Golf Tournament to benefit Sheriffs Charities



Etowah Sheriff's Charities is hosting a charity golf tournament in partnership with the Gadsden Country Club on Monday, April 6, 2015. The four player scramble will begin at 11:30 a.m. with registration and lunch. Tee-off time is set for 1:00 p.m. Cost per team is $300 or $75 per individual player. This includes 18-holes of golf, riding cart, lunch, a Dry Zone polo shirt (embroidered), gift bag full of goodies and chances to win various door prizes. Prizes will also be given for the longest drive, closest to the pin and hole-in-one. All proceeds from the event will benefit Operation Christmas Cheer. Operation Christmas Cheer will provide Christmas to more than 25 children in need in Etowah County. For additional information visit
