Gadsden based Back Forty Beer Co. announced Thursday it is
now available on tap and for purchase in Nashville, marking the company's first
expansion into Tennessee.
The Gadsden-based brewery, the largest in Alabama, is
currently distributed in Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia and Florida, as well as
Washington, D.C.
Available are Truck Stop Honey Brown Ale, Naked Pig Pale
Ale, Freckle Belly IPA and Fence Post Session Ale, in 12-ounce glass bottles,
12-ounce aluminum cans and draft.
Tennessee-based Ajax Turner Co. Inc. will distribute the
beer in the middle Tennessee area. Kyle Lawing, Ajax Turner craft and import
beer manager, said his company expects Back Forty "will be a big player in
the market."
