Man wearing Obama mask robs Dollar General Store

A man is behind bars in Calhoun County after police say he robbed a dollar store while wearing a mask of the 44th president of the United States.

According to the Calhoun County Sheriff's Office, the man entered the Dollar General location in Alexandria armed with a rifle and wearing a President Barack Obama mask. The man stole the cash drawer and the clerk's cellular phones.

Deputies spotted the suspect vehicle in Jacksonville and took the suspect into custody. The Obama mask was in the man's possession when he was arrested.
