The department stated on its Facebook page that its K-9
"Jedi" was involved in another investigation. In the past three
weeks, the K-9 unit has assisted in two drug trafficking arrests and a seizure
last week that resulted in police finding more than $17,000 in cash.
During Tuesdays action, police seized a quarter pound of
cocaine, five grams of methamphetamine, two grams of marijuana, four guns
(including one stolen), and $1,289. Police said "multiple suspects"
were arrested.
The post also stated that police on Monday night seized 17
grams of Cocaine during another investigation.
