After deliberating for almost three hours Wednesday, a
Calhoun County jury found 23 year old
John Denver Pegg of Delta, guilty of manslaughter in the 2013 shooting
death of his girlfriend.
20 year old Elizabeth Hartnett, died from a shotgun wound at
her Weaver apartment on Dec. 19, 2013.
