Gadsden man dies in motorcycle crash

A Gadsden man died Saturday from injuries suffered in a Friday night crash, according to Etowah County Coroner Michael Head.

 57 year old Michael Anthony Uisoste,  was injured in a single-vehicle at about 11:30 p.m. Friday on First Avenue. He was driving a three-wheeled motorcycle. Head said police continue to investigate the crash, and an autopsy will be conducted to determine if a medical issue contributed to the crash.

Uisoste was taken to a local hospital, then flown to UAB. Head said he was notified about the man’s death at about 10 a.m. Saturday.
