Victims in florida fire identified



Officials in Panama city beach florida have identified the victim of a Tuesday morning mobile home fire as that of An Ohio man who was physically disabled.  The man was identified as 59 year old Theodore Kangelos, of Oak Hill, Ohio. He was pronounced dead at the scene.  James & Joyce Gaylor  of Gadsden were injured in the fire. After initial treatment at Bay Medical Center Sacred Heart Health System, they were transferred to Wellstar Cobb Burn Center in Georgia with life threatening injuries. Officials received the initial fire call at about 3 a.m. Tuesday. Police and fire units responded to the Campers Inn RV Park on Thomas Drive, but the structure was engulfed in flames.  Police are working with the State Fire Marshal’s Office to determine the cause of the fire. investigators initially believe the fire might have been caused by an electrical short.
