Southside man charged with solicitation of a child

A Southside man has been arrested on two counts of electronic solicitation of a child.

52 year old Thomas Marlowe Ridgeway,  was booked into the jail Tuesday and released on $25,000 bond.

Southside police would not provide details on the investigation that led to Ridgeway’s arrest, citing the involvement of a juvenile and the ongoing nature of the investigation.
