Jessica Marie Brown |
A Gadsden woman is facing chemical endangerment of her
unborn child.
According to Sheriff Todd Entrekin, 27-year-old Jessica
Marie Brown is charged with one count of chemical endangerment of exposing a
child a child to an environment in which controlled substances are ingested,
produced, or distributed.
Brown was arrested on February 19, 2015 by Gadsden police
for driving while under the influence. Bond is set at $10,000. As a condition
of her release, Brown will be released to Alethia House and will be supervised
by the Etowah County Community Corrections.
The case is also being worked by the Etowah County
Department of Human Resources.
