Classes resume at Snead State Community College



Classes are scheduled to resume today at Snead State Community College after an online threat that a shooting would occur there on Monday.  Classes were cancelled Monday after school officials were contacted by the Birmingham Police Department, which discovered the threat from the Fusion Center,   Police patrols were done throughout the day on Monday by boaz police.  According to the college website, there is no new information indicating that the threat is credible or non-credible, but the decision was made to close all campuses of Snead State on Monday.
