A 70-year-old Boaz man was arrested in Etowah County this
week on indecent exposure and enticing a child charges according to Sheriff
Todd Entrekin. 70 year old Johnny Ray Hale, is charged with one count of
enticing a child for immoral purposes and one count of indecent exposure after
he allegedly persuaded a 13-year-old girl to go to various locations where he
could expose himself to her.
Hale, who is facing additonal charges in Boaz, is being held
in the Etowah county detention center on an $11,000 bond.
