Search for new JSU president moves on campus this week



The search for Jacksonville State University's new president will move on campus, beginning Friday.
Interviews will take place for three candidates over the next two weeks, beginning April 10. The candidates will tour the campus and meet with the search committee, as well as faculty, staff and students.
The candidates are:
Carl A. Stockton, provost and senior vice president for academic affairs at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. He is expected April 10.
John M. Beehler, dean of business, Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh. Beehler will be on campus April 13.
Randall W. Hanna, the former chancellor of the Florida college system, will be in Jacksonville April 14.  An open forum will be held at 10:30 a.m. each day in the Houston Cole Library in  room 1103.
