
Gadsden Police have arrested three adults and two juveniles after
discovering marijuana and pills in infant formula at a home on White
Avenue.
Police responded to a unit at
Emma Sansom homes Saturday night, where they reportedly saw a cloud of
marijuana smoke, and people allegedly intoxicated.
Nineteen-year-old Brandon Busby was arrested
for marijuana position, along with 18-year-old Akiem Williams, who was charged
with marijuana and salvia possession. Eighteen-year-old Gregory Taylor was also
arrested for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
In addition, two juveniles were arrested at
the residence during Saturday night's discovery. Busby and Taylor have since
been released on bond. Both marijuana and pills were found in a can of powdered
baby formula. The officers also found rolling papers. The baby, in the home,
was reportedly in good condition.
Police say th
e baby's mother could be charged, in the near future.
