An Etowah County woman has been charged with assault
after shooting an acquaintance in July,.
53 year old Susie Ann Little, of Piedmont, is charged with one felony count of first degree assault.
The warrant for first degree assault was obtained by the victim on August 4, 2014.
Little admitted she shot a female victim multiple times on July 12, 2014. The women were inside Little's residence, on Gnatville Road, when they got into a physical altercation after the victim refused to leave the home.
Little was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center and later released on $5,000 bond.
