Search resumes today for Blount County teen missing in rafting trip

The search for a woman who went missing in the Warrior River in Blount county was suspended near 4 Thursday afternoon as searchers plan to resume their search this morning.  Two prayer vigils were held in Blount County Thursday night for Allysa Huffstutler who disappeared while white water rafting with friends Wednesday evening. Some of the floats, including Huffstutler's, overturned in the water. When the group got back together, they realized Huffstutler was missing.  Crews began searching for the University of Alabama Junior, around 6 p.m. Wednesday.  Blount county sheriff Loyd Arrington says the search is difficult..    More than 100 volunteers and trained rescue workers searched the Warrior River from three staging areas Thursday.
