Two arrested in Talladega County murder



Talladega county authorities have charged Two men with capital murder in connection with the march murder of a Shelby County man whose body was found in the sycamore community by a county road crew.  Talladega county sheriff Jimmy Kilgore says 19 year old Justin Dawayne Hamilton,  of Chelsea and 18 year old Demarcus James Samuels, had  initial court appearances Friday before Circuit Judge Julian King, who ordered both defendants held without bond.   Talladega County District Attorney Steve Giddens says that both men were charged with murder during the commission of a robbery in the first degree. 19 year old Timothy McGlothlins body was discovered by the county road crew on March 12th on Sycamore Cemetery Road in Sycamore. McGlothlin was last seen March 5, and was reported missing March 7.
