A charge against Gadsden attorney Frank Bailey for allegedly
making a terrorist threat against an Alabama State Trooper was dismissed Monday
in a preliminary hearing because of a lack of probable cause, according to
court records.
Bailey had been accused of making the threat in a district
court session Jan. 8.
Testimony was heard from two witnesses and the trooper.
The case was heard by Morgan County District Judge Brian
Craig.
