Man sentenced for attempted murder of Alexandria woman

A Calhoun County judge on Friday sentenced an Alexandria man to spend the rest of his life in prison following his guilty plea on a charge of attempted murder.    Calhoun County Circuit Judge Debra Jones sentenced 46 year old Terry Joe Centers,  of Alexandria to life in prison in connection with the home invasion and stabbing of an Alexandria woman in January. He pleaded guilty to that crime on Wednesday
