Krispy Kreme comming to Gadsden

There is good news for donut lovers in Gadsden.  Krispy Kreme Doughnuts will be opening a store in Gadsden, according to a website that publishes construction project leads.

The store will be located at 504 E. Meighan Blvd., according to LDI-Line.

Brian Harbison, chief building official for the city of Gadsden, said Tuesday that the plans have not officially been filed with the city.

Krispy Kreme, based in Winston-Salem, N.C., recently opened its 1,000th shop, in Kansas City, Kan.
