A 32 year old Lincoln man is facing up to 10 years in prison
after being convicted Thursday in Talladega county of sex abuse in the first
degree. Antoine Stockdale, was accused
of abusing a 12-year-old girl. According to Assistant District Attorney Jake
Argo, the jury of seven men and five women deliberated for about 15 minutes
before coming back with a guilty verdict. Stockdale will be sentenced by
Circuit Judge Bo Hollingsworth Oct. 30.
