One Killed and one injured in Blount county accident

Alabama State troopers are investigating a fatal crash that happened Sunday evening in Blount County that resulted in the death of a Trafford man.  Troopers say that 1 person was injured and 1 person was killed in the  2 vehicle accident just before 6 Sunday evening  3 miles South of Locust Fork on AL 79.20 year old Callin Craig Curlette of  Remlap, was injured and transported to UAB Hospital. The subject was travelling in a 02 Chevrolet Silverado .45 year old James Edward Gill of Trafford, was killed in the accident. Gill was travelling in a 09 Nissan Rogue.  The accident is still under investigation by Troopers.
