Hokes Bluff fire destroys Gold City tour bus

Investigators say they are investigating the cause of A fire Thursday night that caused heavy damage to buildings in Hokes Bluff housing vehicles and items belonging to the Gold City Quartet.

The group's tour bus and a motor home used for alternate transportation were destroyed, as was the building in which they were housed.

The group's product warehouse also suffered heavy damage, but is not expected to be a total loss. All of the group's product was housed either in the warehouse or on the tour bus, however, and its salvageability remains in question.

The cause of the fire still is being investigated.
