DeKalb County  officials say two men accused of stealing dozens of cows from eastern Alabama farms have been arrested.  Sheriff Jimmy Harris says 31-year-old Eddie Ray Fulmer of Albertville and 28-year-old David Grant Fulmer of Collinsville were arrested early Wednesday morning.  Harris says David Fulmer is charged with two counts of theft of property and Eddie Fulmer is charged with two counts of theft of property, receiving stolen property and promoting prison contraband. Sheriff’s officials have said the cattle and farm equipment were reported stolen from farms between May 13 and May 24. It’s unclear if the men have attorneys and Harris says additional charges are pending.
