Two killed in weekend crash in Cleburne County

Alabama state troopers report that two people were killed in a single vehicle crash Saturday night in Cleburne county.  Troopers say that 22 year old Thaddius A Martin of Heflin was driving a 1997 ford F350 pickup when he crashed the truck on county road 66 some seven miles east of Heflin.  Martin, along with a passenger in the truck,  25 year old Brittani R. Turner of Carrollton, Georgia were both killed in the crash.  Troopers said the crash was not discovered until Sunday morning but believe the crash occurred near 10:45 Saturday night.  Cause of the crash is under investigation by troopers.
