Two men charged in Etowah County theft

According to Etowah county Sheriff Todd Entrekin two Attalla brothers have been arrested on felony theft charges in connection with the theft of items from a whorton Bend Road residence..  25 year old Daniel James Aaron Harris, and 20 year old Waylon Mason Harris, were both  charged with one felony count of first degree theft of property.  The brothers allegedly stole a Honda Fourtrax ATV, on June 26, from a residence located on Whorton Bend Road.  A deputy discovered the ATV in a wooded area behind the residence shortly after he took the report.  Both Daniel and Waylon are currently being held in the Etowah County Detention Center on $5,000 bond each.
