Childersburg man dies from hypothermia during last weeks storm

Autorities say A Childersburg man died last week after being found on the ground in the snow without a coat on.  Officials said 71 year old Willie Earl Orange, was found alive but suffering severe hypothermia when he was found near his home on 15th Avenue after the winter storm that hit last Tuesday. Orange died Wednesday at Coosa Valley Medical Center. He was remembered Monday as a former barber and well-liked former janitor at Childersburg High School.
