Talladega police say they have arrested A 27 year old
Talladega man in connection with a July 2012 burglary at a Subway Restaurant on
Battle Street. Jonathan Darrell “Peaches” Moten, has been charged with third
degree burglary. Moten is accused of
breaking into the Battle Street Subway location in July 2012, between closing
and opening the next day. After gaining entry, an office door was forced open
and some $484 in cash was taken. Moten
is also facing charges of shooting into an occupied building and shooting into
an occupied vehicle in connection with an incident at the Elks Lodge in
December 2012.
