Talladega police report that A Talladega man suffered minor
injuries after allegedly being shot in his home on 8th Street Tuesday night. Police say the incident occurred sometime between 11 p.m.
and 11:30 p.m. The victim, a 20-year-old man, was hit one time. The man was
transported to the emergency room for treatment for what police said appeared
to be non life threatening injuries.
Investigators have identified some witnesses. No description of a suspect, who appeared to
have been on foot, was not available from police. Police are asking Anyone with information on
