The Talladega County Drug and Violent Crime Task Force have
arrested six people after raiding a methamphetamine laboratory on the Old
Talladega Highway in Sylacauga.
Authorities say At least two of those arrested were already on
probation.
24 year old Michael Allen Barnes, of Weogufka; 21 year old
Anthony Lavone Kirkland, of Sylacauga; 21 year old Cory Neil Farmer, and 23
year old Bethany Denise Lee, both of Sylacauga; 23 year old Cassy Rennee
Nabors, , who lived in the house where the raid took place; and 22 year old
David Lynn Barnes. Each were charged
with manufacture of a controlled substance in the first degree. David Barnes
and Nabors were also charged with possession of methamphetamine and Nabors was
also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. Michael Barnes and Farmer
were on probation.
