Crash Victims Identified

Authorities have released the names of two people who died as a result of a crash March 31 on Interstate 59.

St. Clair County Coroner Dennis Russell said the two victims were identified as Beverly Oglesbey, 56, and her daughter, Kayla Jo Oglesbey, 21, both of Rainbow City. The two died of blunt force trauma, Russell said.

The crash happened at 7:15 p.m. in the southbound lane of I-59 near the 169 mile marker.
