Police searching for missing Saks woman

Nicole Gray

Anniston police are looking for a Saks woman who disappeared a week ago.
35 year old Nicole Gray,  was last seen leaving her mother's home on Saks Road on September 29 in a green Mazda pickup truck that belongs to her brother.
She was traveling with her mother's dog, a beige dog that her mother says looks like a German shepherd.
Gray was supposed to make a stop at a Mapco convenience store to put air in the tire, but it's not known if she ever made it there.
It is known, however, that she never made it to her brother's home.
Police were called after  48 hours.
Gray's brother also contacted Calhoun County Sheriff's investigators to report the truck missing.
Family members say they called Grays  cell phone.and a man answered.
Family members have been combing the area and contacting Gray's Facebook friends to no avail.
Gray had recently moved from Birmingham to Saks to take care of her mother and had been having difficulty finding a job in the area. Gray has one son who is a student at UAB.
Anyone with information on the case should contact the Anniston Police Department at 256-238-1800.
