Blount county girls basketball coach charged

A 42 year old girls basketball coach at Susan Moore High School in Blount County has been arrested on sex abuse charges stemming from an incident that allegedly happened with a student last year.  Blount County District Attorney Pamela Casey says charges have been filed against 42-year-old Warren Kelley. He's accused of inappropriately touching a female student. Kelley is the girls' basketball coach at Susan Moore high school in Blountsville. He is charged with harassment and second degree sex abuse.  The charges against Kelly marks the second time a Susan Moore teacher has been charged in the past two months.  In December, 32-year-old Crystal Gilliland Clowdus turned herself in for transmitting obscene material to a child by computer. Clowdus is on paid administrative leave from the Blount County School system.  Casey says the ABI is involved with the Clowdus case because the school's principal and superintendent may have known about the alleged behavior a week before reporting it to authorities.  It's unclear if the ABI is also looking into the Kelley case.
