Anniston Robbery Arrests

A 37 year old Anniston man  is held today in connection with the may robbery of an Anniston gas station.  Anniston police arrested Petties Lee Moore Jr., on felony first-degree robbery charges in connection with the may 28^th robbery of the Kangaroo Express on Lagarde avenue in Anniston.  A gas station employee told police that Moore and another man walked into the gas station around 3 a.m. The cashier told police one suspect picked up a 12-pack of beer and Moore motioned toward the cashier that he had a firearm in his jacket. The other suspect fled with the beer. Police were able to identify Moore from store video surveillance.
