Puppy mill busted in St. Clair county

Police received a tip Monday from a person concerned about the well-being of the animals.  Officials say vets must inspect the pets before they can be put up for adoption. Authorities in St. Clair county say they have busted an alleged puppy mill in Odenville.The Pell City animal shelter is in the process of unloading more than 80 dogs and eight cats.
