Gadsden police seeking publics help in locating assault suspect

Gadsden police are asking for the publics help in locating a suspect wanted in the july 4^th assault and robbery of a Gadsden man with a shovel causing serious physical injury to the victim.  Police are trying to locate 30 year old Christopher Darnell Hope on warrants for Robbery 1st and Assault 1st.  Hope is described as a black male, 6 foot one inches tall weighing 200 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.  Anybody that knows Hope's whereabouts is urged to contact detectives at 256 549-4630 or the non-emergency number 256 549-4501. Police urge you to Use caution - he is considered dangerous.
