Police seek assault suspect

Gadsden police detectives are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted on felony charges for his alleged role in a July 2^nd assault and robbery.  Timothy Wayne Hamrick is wanted on warrants for first-degree assault, first-degree burglary and first-degree robbery.  Hamick is wanted in connection with the  assault of A 52-year-old Hoke Street resident , forcing their way into his home demanding money and medication and striking him repeatedly in the face with their fists and a handgun..  Witnesses standing outside and close by were able to give police a description of the suspects and their vehicle.
