Gadsden man attempts to sell stolen dog on Craigslist



A 25 year old Gadsden man has been arrested and charged in connection to stolen property.  Etowah county investigators say that Bradley Mark Bowlin, has been charged with one felony count of second degree theft of property.  Bowlin allegedly stole an English Bulldog, on July 16, from a residence on Highway 77 just outside of Attalla.  After making a report, the victim found an ad and picture of an English Bulldog on Craig’s List.  The seller was from Gadsden.  The victim arranged to purchase the dog, for $85 from the seller Bradley Bowlin.  When the purchase was complete another report was taken and Bowlin was arrested on July 24.  The rightful owner says the bulldog is worth $800.   
Bowlin was detained in the Etowah County Detention Center and later released on $2,500 bond
