Robbie Lee Tucker               Tony James Morgan

The Etowah County Sheriff's Office says they have arrested two men who they believe burglarized West End Elementary School last Thursday. 37-year-old Robbie Lee Tucker and 26-year-old Tony James Morgan each face one count of first degree theft of property and one count of third degree burglary.  Investigators believe the two broke into the school on May 8 and took items valued at $4,319. Twelve digital cameras, a walkie talkie set, dozens of instructional DVDs, iPads, Think Pads and Kindle Fire HDs were taken during the burglary. Damage to the building and equipment is estimated at $2,175.  Investigators were able to recover two digital cameras, a Kindle Fire HD and an iPad power cord with help from the Attalla Police Department. A Panasonic projector, that was determined to have been stolen from Susan Moore High School, was also recovered.  Tucker was found to have also found to be in possession of a stolen air condition that was taken from Carnes Chapel Church in Attalla in April. He also faces a count of second degree receiving stolen property.  Tucker was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center and released on a $10,000 bond. Morgan is being held in the Etowah County Detention Center on a $7,500 bond.
