Albertville approves new alcohol ordinance and budget

The Albertville city council approved An amended alcohol ordinance and the cities 2015-2016 budget monday.  The new alcohol ordinance incorporates seven-day sales, which were approved by a vote Aug. 25.  Sales will be for unlimited hours seven days a week.  The budget for the new fiscal year, which begins Oct. 1, includes $18,479,749.32 in expenditures, with projected revenues of $18,824,900. Last year’s budget was $17,925,062.10.
