The Albertville based Jeff Beck Media Group has announced upgrades to facilities at it's stations in Gadsden and Anniston. In Gadsden, WGAD 930am now has an FM companion at 103.9fm. The station recently launched a new oldies format. In anniston, WFZX 1490 has seen an upgrade to it's FM companion on 99.1. Power has been increased and the transmitter has been relocated to blue mountain which has greatly increased it's coverage area. WFZX plays classic rock.
