Gadsden Police are warning merchants to be on the lookout
for counterfeit bills. The Department
in recent days has gotten several reports of counterfeit bills — including a
report from an east Gadsden restaurant that took in three fake $20s, a fake $10
and a fake $5 during one 24-hour period. Police say Someone used a fake $100
bill to buy movie tickets Aug. 29, and between Aug. 22 and Aug. 27 a business
on North 12th Street took in three counterfeit $20s.Tuesday, September 8, 2015
