Two newly annexed businesses in Weaver begin Sunday alcohol sales

Two businesses, annexed Thursday into the city of Weaver began Sunday alcohol sales yesterday. Heroes Bar and Grille on Alabama 21 and Smokin Joes began Sunday sales after the annexation into the city became final Thursday. Weaver and Anniston are the only cities in Calhoun County where Sunday sales are legal.
