A 29-year-old Hokes Bluff man is facing felony drug charges
after Etowah County Drug Enforcement Unit agents found marijuana and heroin in
his residence. Clinton Matthew Hill is
charged with first-degree possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of a
controlled substance. Agents obtained a
search warrant for his home on McCoy
Lane near Hokes Bluff and found 3 grams of heroin, 40 marijuana plants and 2
ounces of marijuana in his home .
Hill was taken to the Etowah County Detention Center, where
he is being held on $100,000 bond.
