Man charged with Attempted murder in July 19th fight at state park

A Marshall County man is in jail on an attempted murder charge in connection with a July 19^th fight at Lake Guntersville State Park . Rangers say the fight took place in the Town Creek Campground along Alabama 227 and involved 10 people. Five of them needed medical attention and two were flown to the hospital. 20 year old Luther Burton Banks Jr., 20, has been charged with attempted murder and is now in the Marshall County Jail without bond.
